How much does trading cost?
Spot trades pay a percentage fee that drops as your account tier rises. Futures have their own maker and taker fees, plus funding on positions kept open overnight. The ticket lists every fee before you confirm.
What leverage is available?
x200 on futures is the ceiling. Because more leverage means a smaller move closes you out, the ticket gives the liquidation price before you place the order, and the margin meter watches it while the position stays open.
When does a withdrawal arrive?
Crypto is sent as soon as the network confirms, normally inside an hour. Bank withdrawals depend on the receiving bank and usually arrive on the next working day.
Who holds my assets?
Client assets are kept apart from the company’s own. What sits in your account belongs to you, and the platform never lends it out to finance its own positions.
Is there mobile trading?
