Privacy policy
The data Pulsar Group gathers, the reasons we keep it, and the requests you can make about it.

The data we collect
We gather what running an account takes and what the law asks of a trading platform: the details you enter at registration (name, email address, country of residence), the identity documents you submit for verification, the history of your trades and transfers, and the technical data your browser sends while you use pulsar-group.co - device type, browser, rough location based on your IP address, and the pages you visited.
Why we keep it
Account data is what lets you sign in and trade. Verification data meets anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer duties that we are not allowed to set aside. Financial regulation obliges us to keep transaction records. Technical data keeps the platform running, shows us where it slows down, and helps us notice when someone who should not have access is using an account.
What we will never do
Personal data is never sold. Your trading history is never passed to advertisers. Your balance and positions are never used to build a profile that is sold to anyone. When a service provider handles data for us (payments, identity checks, cloud hosting), it follows our instructions and no others.
Cookies and browser storage
Three things are stored in your browser: your chosen language, your chosen theme, and the latest prices the site received, which are kept only while the tab stays open so that every figure is not redrawn from zero when you change page. None of this leaves your browser. The prices are delivered by this site itself, not requested by your browser from a market-data provider, so no such provider learns your IP address or anything about your connection. Any analytics is aggregated and cannot be linked to an individual account.
How long it is kept
Account and transaction records stay for as long as financial regulation requires, usually five years from the closing of an account. Verification documents are kept for that same period. Technical logs are held for a far shorter time and then erased.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold on you, have it corrected, or have us erase whatever we are not required to retain. Consent given for anything that depends on consent alone can be withdrawn. Send your request to legal@pulsar-group.co and we will reply within thirty days.
Updates to this policy
This page changes when our practices change, and the date at the top shows when that happened. If an update alters the use of your data in a way you would not anticipate, account holders are told by email before it applies. Any questions can be sent to legal@pulsar-group.co.
